Cancellation Policy – Vanshika Handicrafts

Effective Date: 04 October 2026

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been dispatched or entered into production/customisation.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the customer refuses delivery after dispatch, any applicable return, transportation or logistics costs may be deducted from the refundable amount where legally permissible.

Customised Products

Orders for customised, made-to-order or specially manufactured products may not be cancellable once production has started.

Cancellation by Vanshika Handicrafts

We may cancel an order in circumstances including:

• Product becoming unavailable
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Delivery restrictions
• Suspected fraudulent transaction
• Technical error
• Other circumstances preventing fulfilment

If payment has already been received and the order is cancelled by us, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
