Return Window<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eligible products may be returned within <strong>7 days from the date of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The return request must be submitted within this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Furniture and Natural Wood Variation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furniture and handicraft products may contain natural variations in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wood grain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Texture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minor knots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Natural marks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handmade finish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These natural characteristics are not considered defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minor differences between product photographs and the actual product caused by lighting, photography or screen settings may also occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Return Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the return is approved because the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, Vanshika Handicrafts will make reasonable arrangements for the return where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Inspection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returned products may be inspected before a refund, replacement or other resolution is approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the returned product is received and inspected, the eligible refund will generally be processed within <strong>5\u20137 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund will normally be made to the original payment method used for the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer&#8217;s bank account or card may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
