At Vanshika Handicrafts, we want customers to receive products in good condition and as described on our website.
1. Return Window
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The return request must be submitted within this period.
2. Eligible Returns
A return may be accepted in cases such as:
- Product received damaged
- Product received defective
- Incorrect product received
- Product substantially different from the product ordered
For damaged, defective or incorrect products, customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Conditions for Return
Returned products should generally:
- Be unused
- Be in their original condition
- Not have been modified or altered by the customer
- Be properly packed
- Include original packaging/accessories where applicable
- Not show damage caused by misuse or improper handling
4. Furniture and Natural Wood Variation
Furniture and handicraft products may contain natural variations in:
- Wood grain
- Colour
- Texture
- Minor knots
- Natural marks
- Handmade finish
These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
Minor differences between product photographs and the actual product caused by lighting, photography or screen settings may also occur.
5. Non-Returnable Products
The following products may not be eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective or incorrect:
- Customised products
- Made-to-order products
- Products specially manufactured according to customer specifications
- Products modified at the customer’s request
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling or misuse

7. Return Shipping
If the return is approved because the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, Vanshika Handicrafts will make reasonable arrangements for the return where applicable.
For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
8. Inspection
Returned products may be inspected before a refund, replacement or other resolution is approved.
9. Refund
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the eligible refund will generally be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will normally be made to the original payment method used for the order.
The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s bank account or card may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.
10. Replacement
Where appropriate and subject to product availability, Vanshika Handicrafts may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
11. Refund for Cancelled Orders
Eligible cancellations made within the permitted cancellation period will be refunded after cancellation confirmation.
