Vanshika Handicrafts delivers furniture, handicrafts and related products to eligible locations across India.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.
Orders containing customised, made-to-order or specially finished products may require additional processing time.
2. Delivery Time
After dispatch, standard delivery generally takes approximately:
7–15 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on:
- Customer location
- Product size and weight
- Logistics partner
- Availability of transportation
- Remote/extended delivery areas
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Other circumstances beyond our control
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
Shipping charges may vary depending on:
- Product dimensions
- Product weight
- Delivery location
- Shipping method
- Number of products ordered
4. Furniture Delivery
Large furniture products may require specialised transportation.
Customers should ensure that:
- The delivery address is accessible to the transportation vehicle
- The customer has checked door, staircase and lift dimensions where relevant
- Someone is available to receive the shipment
Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, installation, assembly or movement of furniture inside the customer’s premises may not be included in standard delivery.
5. Delivery Attempt
Customers should provide a valid mobile number and complete delivery address.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient or customer refusal, additional delivery charges may apply where applicable.
6. Damaged Shipment
If a package appears visibly damaged at delivery, customers are requested to:
- Take photographs/videos of the package before opening.
- Take photographs/videos while opening the package.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide the order number and supporting photographs/videos.
Claims without sufficient evidence may require additional verification.
7. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier/logistics partners
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Festivals
- Transportation disruptions
- Incorrect customer information
- Events beyond our reasonable control
We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed shipments.
